Individualised Education Plan

What is IEP?

The IEP, Individualised Education Plan, is a written document that consists of the goals projected for your child as well as the gains he/ she has achieved over time. The IEP is tailored to your child’s learning abilities and needs. And the IEP is intended to facilitate your child with his/ her learning through an individualised approach.

How is the IEP created?

The IEP is jointly created by:

· Parents/ guardians who can share invaluable insights about your child’s disposition and desires for his/ her development through completing the Family Report.

· Teachers and therapists who integrate parents/ guardians’ inputs along with their consolidated observations and assessments.
